CBC shines spotlight on Team Canada 3x3 athletes

Recently CBC News dropped by the University of Lethbridge, where the Canadian women’s 3x3 team trains, to produce a story about team member Paige Crozon.

The segment, which aired on The National, focuses on Crozon’s efforts to help Canada earn a spot in women’s 3x3 basketball at the Paris Olympics and how her daughter Poppy is a big part of that journey.

Also featured in the video are Crozon’s 3x3 teammates, Team Alberta alumni Kacie Bosch (Lethbridge), Katherine Plouffe (Edmonton) and Michelle Plouffe (Edmonton).

Canada’s women’s 3x3 team will look to punch its ticket to Paris at the 2024 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament, taking place May 16-19 in Debrecen, Hungary.
